Support MPP Column Organized Tables

Db2 11.1 physical data models in Data Architect and Data Studio are applying the DB2 10.5 restriction that COLUMN organized tables are not allowed to have DISTRIBUTION keys.

This means that you can't use Data Architect to create physical data models of DB2 Warehouse Flex, IBM Integrated Analytic System, Db2 Warehouse MPP, Db2 Warehouse on Cloud MPP or  on-prem MPP implementations of Db2 11.1 where column organized tables are used.

This RESTRICTION should be removed in Data Architect and Data Studio for DB2 11.1 physical data models.

I have had to SKIRT AROUND this issue from a prospective IIAS customer, when answering their RFP question regarding recommended tooling for Data Modeling.  I'm sure this will happen again unless we get this fixed in Data Architect

I raised a case for this, TS001355266 but the answer was the disappointing

currently this feature is not supported in data studio 4.1.3 and IDA 9.1.4.

This is an enhancement in IDA/Data studio to support this feature for DB2 version 11.

Please raise a separate enhancement request(RFE) for both the product.

So here is my "RFE".  I decided not to raise it externally at the moment...
