Implicit logged temp tables should use logged spaces listed in DBSPAETEMP

The documentation suggests that logged temp tables will be stored in any logged dbspaces listed in the DBSPACETEMP parameter/client environment variable. Yet when selecting from a view based on a union query, we find that the root dbspace is always used for the implicit temp table used to instantiate the view, even when we have both logged and non-logged dbspaces listed in DBSPACETEMP. Ideally, implicit temp tables would never be logged. The documentation in fact suggests this is the case. But if it is necessary for an implicit temp table to be logged, it should at least be stored in any logged dbspaces listed in DBSPACETEMP.
